Join us for an exciting 18 week term culminating in a show at the Spiegeltent on Sunday 19th May. We sing a mixture of a cappella and accompanied songs in 3 or 4-parts by artists such as Madonna, Elton John, Angie Stone, Björk, Aretha Franklin, Patti Smith, Abba, Gloria Gaynor, Etta James Adele, Taylor Swift & more… We will be joined by a professional band (guitar, double bass & cajón) for our show “Love Is In The Air”.
We are particularly looking for more Sopranos to join our highest part and we have space in our lowest Alto part. All parts must balance, so we will give priority to these singers. Once these parts are filled, we can expand our other mid range parts. Commitment to the gig is essential on this occasion .
Songs are taught by ear and mp3s of all the parts are available for you to listen to & practice to on our website.
We meet on Wednesdays 19:30 to 21:30 at One Church, Florence Road, BN1 6DL. In the winter term we meet in the back hall (entrance on Southdown Avenue).
The 18 week term costs £144/£126con and can be paid in full or in 2 (£72/£63con) or 3 (£48/42con) instalments.
