In this 3-hour workshop
Debby will start the session off with floor and seated exercises to release tension and balance your body ready for vocalising. The Body & Breath to Voice Connection will help you release your natural voice and sing with ease and expression. Using simple melodies and songs we will explore challenges and open up the whole potential of your natural voice. All challenges will be treated respectfully and in a spirit of adventure. Please wear soft clothing and be able to take your shoes off. If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you.
We will have a short break for tea (herbal or caffeinated) and a biscuit (provided).
Rachel will continue the workshop using fun, targeted exercises to help you to feel more in control of your voice. We will apply these different vocal techniques to songs, which will help you gain a deeper understanding of your amazing vocal instrument.
